Why dont the major TGP owners have a page for blacklisted Free hosts? - it amazes me that im spending time adjust recips, uploading submitting only t0 be told - BLACKLISTED - then i have to change it all again!

I know i should have my own domain - but hey Im just small fry earing a bit of beer money LOL and only getting 1-2 signups per gallery isnt profitable when paying for a host

why should we send you our traffic? do you realize how many submissions we get? what makes you deserve our traffic? I fucking hate some freehosts... and if I am already questionable about a gallery and then see its on a freehost I dont like... Its getting removed..

ya the joke is, even with your own domain you'll still get blacklisted by TGP's who don't give a damn about you or your efforts.

Alot of the new economy hosting packages fail to tell you that your site is hosted on the same IP as their other clients, so if the TGP script checks for multiple submissions from your IP, guess what, you are either refused or blacklisted.

I got knocked off quite a few TGPs for this until I bit the bullet and started submitting from my more expensive, unique IP hosts.

Lessons learned, but just try to get an answer from a TGP as to why you are blacklisted and how you can get it fixed. Good fucking luck!

what makes u deserve our galleries? its our dime that gets ur freeloaders off. obviously most free hosts suck shit and i can understand not listing them, but the ppl submitting to u are workin their ass off just like u to make a buck.

1 signup per gallery per day = $35 x 25 days (giving you 5 days off) that's $875 a month. What are you doing that's not profitable to be able to afford hosting? Look at it this way- You're losing signups when you host with a free host. Yes, it's free, but just think of how many signups your freehost is getting that could be yours. Trust me, you'll notice a difference. Hosting is so inexpensive these days too. Search the board and you'll find some great hosts. If you need a kick ass sponsor check my sig. Good luck. :thumbsup

Come on buddy, get with the program. If you're making enough cash for beer, then you're sure as hell making enough money for hosting. Spare the Guiness for a week, get good hosting, get accepted by the TGPs, get more sales, get more money, buy lots of beer.

Until then, go whine somewhere else. And if you're not serious enough about the biz to spare beer for a week, then Go Fuck Yourself. It's that simple, really.

Sure, but there are thousands of other gallery submitters who are willing to cough up a buck and get decent hosting. Fast, reliable, no shitty advertisements.

Which would you pick? You buy content, right? So buy hosting!

i don't think its a smart move to start off submittin galleries from a paid host. good to learn how to convert tgp traffic, then move to paid hosting.

Use free hosting who supports own domains. This 15 bucks will save you a lot of time and will get you more traffic :thumbsup

That's completely different, and I'll agree. Aren't new TGPers new to the web game also? I didn't have any trouble converting TGP traffic...

Please explain how you make me any money? When i send traffic out and they happen to signup on your gallery, I lose money, not make money.... I can get galleries from a decent source yet i still let gallery submissions come in.... I feel like i am doing most of these people a favor... THe people that play by the rules I will approve... but the minute they think I owe them something, they find themselves on the blacklist

uh hmm lets see now. if no one sent u galleries u'd have to make ur own. ppl sending u galleries helps u make money. it wasn't my intention to mean gallery makers think u owe them something. but it seems like u think they owe u something, and thats bs.

Like i already said.... I dont need anymore galleries.. I have many sources.... I could just do what vidsvidsvids does and list my trades as galleries, that works too.... I could switch to paid listings like teeniefiles and still have too many submissions... They dont owe me anything and I dont owe them something, but its obvious that they need me a hell of alot more then I need them

just to add something else. if u wanna help out webmasters, try to help out some of the noobs get going. if they're on a decent free host and they have a clean gallery list em. most free hosts suck shit, but there must be some half decent ones out there that don't cheat.

well u got a point there. but there's so many traffic sources, someone is bound to list u.
