How to correct a mistake? GTS knows how.
I hate pointing out that they even made a mistake, but to show that they're first class it has to be done. Hopefully they'll appreciate the kudo's because that's what this post is about. Not that they made a mistake. Fuck, we all make mistakes. It's how you handle them that shows what kind of organization you run.
Anyways, I looked over my transactions this month and noticed a double charge for about $1000 from GTS for some submit passes. So I icq'd Sarah and informed her of their mistake. Within minutes of her being online she had looked into it and I'm assuming credited my account immediately. I can't be positive of exactly when the credit was done because I wasn't hovering around it making sure it WAS done. But sure enough the credit is there, when I finally thought to check today. I didn't have any doubt it would be there either btw, but of course you have to check.
So my thanks to Sarah and the crew at GTS for recognizing their mistake and fixing it with absolutely no attitude or problems whatsoever. I've always spoken highly of you before and situations like this only justify my belief in your company. And with so much drama on the boards, it's always nice to point out that there are company's in this industry that aren't out to fuck you, and will work with you when there's a problem.
Merry Christmas guys and keep up the good work. :thumbsup
See me in Vegas and drinks are on me.
