So whats the deal with choker and this message:

Effective today I will no longer sell traffic to any site that uses myvirtualcard for credit card processing. If you are buying traffic to a site that uses MVC please reverse the order and message me for a refund asap. In no way, shape or form is this decision based upon any experience I may or may not have had with myvirtualcard processing. Thank you

Summary: MVC are shitheads and nobody should do business with them, but Choker knows that saying bad stuff about them could have legal consequences.

If you read Choker's message carefully you'll see that he doesn't want to sell traffic to any site that processes with MVC. (*NOT* that he no longer accepts MVC as a payment option).
