Cheap Scuba Diving in Europe?
 

Which places in Europe offer inexpensive scuba diving? Somewhere in the Black Sea region perhaps? Or Canary Islands? What would be the approximate cost of 3-4 days of diving with a couple of dives everyday maybe?
