Does is get any better than living in San Diego?

I'm planning a move there next summer and wanted to start a little S.D. love fest to help get me out of the winter doldrums here in Detroit.

This could also be a good opportunity to see which webmasters live in the area.

let's hear it!

Wow didn't know you were planning on moving, but I don't blame ya. It is pretty depressing here in Michigan right about now, a little warmth and sunlight can do us all a bit of good. We have been thinking about heading to warmer climates ourselves.

Never been to Cali, I think 2006 will be the year I make the trip.

SD blows - stick with Detroit.......why enjoy sunlight when you can cross country ski in slush to a tanning salon under steel gray skies.....

Yeah, we've been planning this for a while now... just waiting for the real estate market to soften a bit in S.D. it's finally doing that. I think it'll really start contracting this Spring... hopefully just in time for me.

We'll still get to enjoy the snow each Xmas... but for only a week or so... it'll be a welcome break from the 350 days of sunshine and 70 degrees ;-)

I keep telling Christena that as soon as she gets her nursing degree, I am moving to Costa Rica and renting jet skis to tourists. For some reason she doesn't like that idea. Enjoy the warm weather, I am sure we will be moving to warmer climate in the next couple years.

Why do I have a feeling you'll be joining us in a year or two? hmmm....

Especially if Steve packs it up and moves.

Sure, no reason you couldn't setup a high speed connection in your Jet Ski hut and work while you wait for customers.

Even though we have huge surf/waves today, the Poinsettia Bowl football fans AND locals are out in force beachside in our ho-hum 70 degrees weather. I ate breakfast at Kono's near Crystal Pier, and did my normal 5-mile brisk walk this morning ---just another routine day in San Diego. I love this time of the year (when groupie girls are home from college and need some sex fun action:-))).

Mmmmmm Kono's!! I love San Diego. Move here! :thumbsup

its pretty awesome here, I just went to the zoo, great weather

MikeSmoke 12-22-2005 02:34 PM

it's been a very nice week here...i'm going to the zoo tomorrow or saturday :)
but if you move here, bring lots of money, everything costs 20% more. :(

san diego will have to wait now.

Just got done watching the surf-
18 ft overhead waves today!!!

Yesterday was 83 inland here in SD, and by the beach it was 72. I have an office down at Windansea and it is a little gloomy today, the wave are huge and we are in the mid 60's. Not a bad day I tell ya.

Move on down, SD is a great place to live.
