You can offer your users, or use it your self to setup a mock blogger.com typeof thing.... and best of all you woudl be using Word Press which we all know the search engines LOVE.

All license rights would be transferred to you as well, and I would not use it on any sites....

why would you want to have a bunch of surfers blogging? not enough competition for you?

Nothing's wrong with it - I just didn't feel like installing the Cpanel it requires. As far as differences look at the features between the two and you'll see whether it's worthwhile for you to purchase or not :)

Or you could build it up and sell to blogger.com etc... as a buyout if you wanted to go that route. Or you could do it for fun for your surfers, hell there's a million reasons :)
