Please critique my first flash site
 

I have yet to do any of the main content, so forgive the plain textbox for now.. This is my first attempt at a full-flash site, so tear me apart ;)

good start!

1- looks kinda nice :) simple but nice
2- the html version actually has a better design to it.
3- I don't get the bouncing yellow ball thing...
4- I believe flash is great for intro, logo, top portion of the site or a few other elements - I think that if it's b2b it should'nt ever be 100% flash

just make a flash version of the HTML design...or add flash elements to the HTML design.

its nice...but the HTML design is definatley better.

I like the original HTML design, but I feel it's become too plain among my many competitors, most of whom have years of Flash experience and whose sites are much more graphical and flashy (sorry for the pun)..

.. but perhaps a simple, to-the-point HTML site is a breath of fresh air among all these Flash sites?

thanks :) the ball is (1) me playing around in Flash and taking up empty space, and (2) something I may or may not incorporate into a new logo
