Sopranos New Season
 

When is the season coming out I am getting restless!!!!

Yeah no shit, last year was a short season starting last March, I thought I had heard last year it would be like June or so..

It kills me we are entering season #4, and they just now release season #2 on vhs/dvd. They did decide to continue thru the 5th season before taking show off the air :-)

Nope September 8th is when the new season begins.
They are now rerunning last falls shows.

HBO and their programming sucks.

I can't believe a company with the money they've got behind them can't run their series like any other network...hell most networks do 22 episodes.

So we get like 10 tops of Sopranos and OZ and then have to wait an entire year to see the new one...what fucking genius came up with this plan.

Actually the writer wanted to retire the sopranos at the end of the 4th season, wants the show to die at high popularity and not go into horrible seasons because it was played out & struggled with storylines.....the writer gets burned out and wanted to go onto another drama of some sorts.

Well that may explain the soprano's...but I doubt it...but it sure as hell doesn't explain why you have to wait a full year for OZ.

It's just poor programming on their part.

Truth is the writers and the production company had legal battles about the dvd sales. supposdly thet just came to an agreement .. We wil see

Seems like their lead actor has been in a lot of movies lately, & the kid that plays the part of tony's son got arrested a couple times.

think their movie schedules & court appearances may be affecting filming?

i been waiting awhile for a new season of OZ,,, i am all for ending a series but shit at least make a good last show

I was just watching Sopranos on DVD yesterday and I wondered why it was takign so long to get back on air

I need my fix of mafia madness !!!!!!

You don't have to tell me... Anyone remember The Spawn cartoon on HBO... Man they cut that fucker short and it just about killed me. I have been fiending for more of that for the last 3 years. While you are waiting for The Soprano's try checking out Six Feet Under. Extremely dark comedy but if you hang out at this board you have to be pretty fucked up to begin with, so you should fit right in.

I won't be happy until all the main characters on the Sopranos are fucking whacked. What an incompetent bunch of shitheads, the whole fucking bunch of them are just too stupid for words.

I was reading an article in some mag at the dr. office the other day, that was about that new show HBO has -- is it Six Feet Under or something like that... anyway, the statement was made that it takes the director of the Sopranos longer to shoot his stuff than anyone else they use.

KK, it has to be a tie between Sopranos and Oz. Both those shows are always in reruns. Total pain in the ass, I thought Oz was finished, since they just show old episodes all the time.

I think Sopranos are hurt by it's own popularity. Now, a lot of the cast are hot, and in demand. So they take off and work on other projects.

Not to mention getting arrested for robbery.

I love the Sopranos and Six Feet Under so I'd rather have 10 episodes a season than none at all.

I love HBO's series they are all top notch high quality productions...with the exception of that crack ho's in the city :)

If you guys see anything...start watching Band Of Brothers...it begins to rerun April 8th...damn good mini-series.
