wordpress link color change. where the hell is this one?

On the default template the link colors are 0066cc however i cannot find this value in the css. where is it, i need to change the link colors and the hover color (114477) . :helpme

you have to edit the stylesheet.

pretty sure it would be in the CSS. That is where I have found similar things
