Pissed off after paycom

Don't know what the heck has happenned but paycom closed my pimproll account. No explanations of any kinds. Called them twice to get something from them and re-activate the account. They told me the sponsor should contact them. I hope pimproll will do...

Crappy shit, i don't even know if i did something. In fact i didn't do any transactions with epoch+pimproll. Don't do e-mails either...What kind of processor is that ? I don't understand...i do nothing apart publishing galleries with payed content, and they close me down. I don't even think i did signed up with any Pimproll sites...like ever. Something is screwed up.

should take pimproll out of your sig then

After Shock Media 12-20-2005 12:29 PM

Yet oddly you have pimproll in your sig.

Antxx 12-20-2005 12:30 PM

Yah, i will switch it to the other account (Because i have 2 accounts, and one is closed but not the other ??). But i don't think they know more then me about the reasons.

Fetish 12-20-2005 12:31 PM

too funny

Antxx 12-20-2005 12:38 PM

more like depressing. I was making money with the byot i made, and the 2 avp sites.

Antxx:
Honestly, you are correct, Paycom will not release details of why an account has been closed for fraud, you can ask them all you want and they simply will not give out the information. It leaves a sponsor in position where they have to choose weather to simply accept what paycom has done, or dig into the situation themselves, which is what we do. While we are looking into accounts that paycom has closed, we deny access to the account, this stops you from changing your personal information, or redeeming pimp points while we determine if the account was actually fraudulent. I have already gone through the history of the account in question this morning, and will be sending you an email shortly with a few questions.
I apreciate that you started this thread correctly by stating that Paycom closed your PimpRoll account, as apposed to simply saying PimpRoll closed your account!

We were dealing with this in private, we should probably keep it that way.

edit- I hate posting at the same time, haha.

Paycom does not have the ability to close a PimpRoll account, however, they can, (which they did this morning) refuse to process any transactions that come in with a particular reseller id# rendering the account useless!

I'm confused too.

If you didn't do any business with Epoch / Pimproll then how does closing your account affect you? Perhaps it was closed for non-activity?

Send me your affiliate ID if you like. I will see if there is anything more I can tell you. Write to Rand @ Paycom (dot) net. Put "Pimproll Affiliate / GFY" in the subject line.

Ok Phil, i am waiting for your e-mail. I know you didn't close the account and that paycom is responsible. I just wish they could be more transparent to some points. At least i know you are doing something...and i hope it gets resolved. :)
