Looking for a good, simple and free cms like phpadsnew
 

Phpadsnew is a little robust, don't need all those features...basically what I'm looking for is a good free cms which can rotate banners/ads that can be separated by categories. :thumbsup

do you need ad serving software, or a cms?

Cms, just something to rotate banners, I'm sick of doing this shit by hand...looking for something with a web based admin, with categories, editable templates, and preferably something that can be included with ssi.
