Is the payout $.75 or $1? Might be a good idea to update the site to reflect the $1 increase unless thats only for current webmasters, which i cant imagine. Just my :2 cents:

You must be promising your visitors too much if you're getting 40 Percent deductions.. i get between 10 and 20 percent deductions on a bad day.
