A reputation takes a long time to build, and it so easy to flush it away in seconds.

It has always been when we hired him to shoot exclusive and to keep cost down after 90 days he was able to resell them *shrugs*

WTF is going on with that guy? I haven't heard a good word about him in months and months...

Hmm...the guy is really nice to me so i felt bad talking about this but now i see this post i have to throw in my 2 cts because my problem doesnt seem an isolated problem then.

I bought a semi exclusive deal from him @ 500 bucks. 3 licenses were sold. 2 months later i noticed all the sets are for sale in his store for 5 or 10 bucks a scene. So that made my content worthless instantly.

I didnt bring this to the board like i would usually because hes simply been very nice to me on icq and said he would throw in an exclusive scene or something.

But if he does this shit on purpose with more people then something isnt right. And then he can be nice all he wants but business and business. I lost 500 bucks which isnt a disaster but hey there are better things to waste 500 bucks on.

Did you approach him and ask him what was up? why he was selling the content?

stop dealing with people who rip you off and deal with people who does not. Very simple rule..

His rep has been damaged goods for a while now.

The guy is broke and this is what happens when folks go broke. He did so much stupid shit it was amazing. How about the time when he got robbed becuase he was shooting out of his home and one of the models boyfriends came back with a shot gun and stole everything he had. Then his studio burned down and he lost all the model docs for everything he had made. Guy is very sloppy.

That depends on the contract ofcourse.

I know he does deals with people where their content will be exclusive for 3 months or so and then he will sell it to other people.

Only one person ever ordered tickling vids from me, about two years ago our person from Tampa. The deal was shoot all I can and he would make a partner site with the two of us. After 4 or 5 scenes I asked for help covering talent costs...never done so I didn't send any more scenes.

If his impression was they were exclusive, usually payment would accompany that. Not in the business of shooting exclusive at talent cost or for FREE.

Stick to the guys who give a fuck about quality and you won't have these types of problems.
