Got punched for the word "conchito"
 

Ever been awakened by getting punched in your dream? Hasn't ever happened before...

In the dream we were at some bar, I was standing up at the head of a table with people sitting on it, and they were having a conversation about someone on the bigscreen TV in the bar. One of the people sitting down said "That dude's a fucking conchito" and one other guy at the table kind of looked shocked, like it was a racial slur or something.

Before my spider-sense can even tingle, I catch some movement in the corner of my left eye, and I suddenly get punched right in the side of the head on my temple.

It was so weird. It made that ringing thump sound you hear in your head and everything when you bump it, and I woke right up. Ever since, the whole left side of my noggin' has felt kind of heavy.

Fuckin weird huh? And I barely ever remember my dreams.



I just want to know what the hell "conchito" means.

conchito means punch yourself in the face while sleeping in spanish

i had the same thing happen a couple times... once I was shot and more recently my wisdom teeth have been killing me and I'm about to get them removed... but they've allready broken one molar. I awoke to a pop and a crunch sound with the same ringing in my ear, and swore Id broken another tooth. Thankfully I didnt.

You're all forgetting that in Dreams, the important words are often anagrams of what you really mean. So what the guy really said was "Chit Coon".

And that will get you punched for sure.
