Would Playboy even be able to grab that? Playboy was a word before the magazine or not? I am just assuming it was without research... or is it a pop culture name that made it into the dictionary?

They have a teeny weeny (maybe 6 pt font) practically illegible disclaimer on inside pages that states they are not affiliated with Playboy Enterprises.

Looks like a possible copyright/trademark infringement case.

Playboy is a common word so what's the problem ?

As long as they don't get close to playboy logos or use the bunny I doubt Playboy Magazine could or would do anything about that :2 cents:
