Nice chart... However, they have been saying RE has hit it's peak in CA for years.. So far it's done nothing but increase.

I've been patiently waiting for the right time to buy again.. Shit went up way too fast around here over the last 2 years.. They pretty much give anyone a 200k pluss loan.

Yea can't keep giving everyone and their brother's uncle whom works at McDonald's 200k home loans and not expect it to catch up with them sooner than later.

It won't pop, it just won't get big as fast as it had been.

Although, to be fair, people are buying right now in and around the Ormond / Flagler area.

We're doing 1 sale and around 4 listings a week for the last 2 months.

January should be really good for realtors in our area, there is a massive excess of property on the market atm.
