Do you re-wear your socks alot?

I cannot stand re-wearing socks, I buy alot of new socks.. I have enough socks to do about 3 loads of laundry before I buy new packs of socks...

I think I have wierd OCD when it comes to that...

i fucking hate old socks, they have to be new and fit nice and snug on your feet... when you re-wear socks a lot they fit kinda loose and make your feet itchy... and they don't feel comfy

i really really love short socks, not the knee high kind, like the ones that end at your ankles..

those kinda socks own me.

I have 6 pairs of socks left in this new pack I have... Once I run out I have to go buy a new pack... I think thats sort of excesssive...

media, I think you should do this to save yourself some money:

buy a 6 pack of socks and keep the reciept
wear a new pair every day for 6 days
on the 7th day, return the socks to the store
get store credit/cash back
buy another pair of socks
repeat cycle

there, you will have a constant flow of new socks for next to nothing cost wise ;]

I throw out more socks than I wash.

I feel yah Media, but i buy new socks because I am to lazy to do laundry. It's faster to run to the store every couple of weeks...hehehe

LOL... I honesrly think this is one reason too... I'm doing about 10 loads of laundry right now.. I fold my dirty clothes and set them in the corner until I do laundry...

I have shitload of socks, and don't mind wearing them over and over, doesn't bother me as long as they're not torn or look like that they have been chewed by a pitbull

What is just now funny to me about the thread title is how media specified this was a clothing issue as opposed to a proxie issue...lol

I buy new socks every three months and get rid of my old socks that had used for a year or more.

I remember my mom once telling me that she was so poor when she was a little girl, that she only had one pair of socks and had to wash them out in the sink every night to wear the next day. :Oh crap

I have already bought her Christmas presents..but I think now I'll go out and also get her a dozen pair of warm, cozy socks. :)

I usually get a new sack of xtra large socks from costco everytime I go.
It aint easy buying socks or shoes when you sport 13EEE feet and legs

Below-the-calf black socks. They start turning blue after a few months. Although, I hate when they're so new you can barely get them on.
