Bush's speech is on in about 30 minutes and he is probably going to tell America that he will spy on who he wants, when he wants and where he wants. And, if you don't like it, up yours.

Speech will be on CNN.

He'll deny its being used against "law abiding americans".

So as long as you don't ever do 1 mile an hour over the speed limit, you're all good
