New Years: Saigon or Amsterdam?

Im already booked for Amsterdam, but now I'm thinking Saigon would be cool too.... What do you think? And your opinion will only be valid if you've been to both places :upsidedow

I know of a couple of people who go to amsterdam for new years eve (labret being one of them if I remember well, with joesixpack)...
