seems like a guy with personal problems , , got drunk at some bar , had a fight ,

police takes em in on minor charges, no real criminal stuff


treats em as just another drunk causing nuisance ,

the drunk got drunk because he had problems, and maybe was already thinking about doing some stupid stuff with his gun ,

and now when in custody , he just did it without thinking ,

I just researched what this was.. This dude shot a cop, he was sought for custody and brought in on the charges as a suspect. He then popped himself..

can you post the news story that you found? i have a hard time believing that someone who shot a cop wouldn't be shaken down for weapons before being taken into custody.

Oh, and the last time I checked, when you shoot a semi-auto handgun, the bullet casing is ejected from the gun.... ;)
