When I started profitLAB in April, I made it my mission to seek out business opportunities that would also succeed in lessening our distance from the mainland. I had mixed results. I discovered that people were more reluctant to let go of arbitrary lines than I would have expected. One intelligence, to call it that, which I discovered had no such biases or prejudices was the Google Spider. I never considered myself an SEO - I still don't. But, I conducted some experiments with blogs that seem to have achieved what I hoped -- create a sustainable bridge of traffic between Adult and the Mainstream. Reads like something I'd expect from an 'ologist' ... someone who learned a few marketing theories and 'strategic' hypotheticals in college.

Seems rather ironic to be attempting to sell these theories to the same people who basically wrote the book on internet marketing and sales. Classic case of preaching to the choir.

Well, I'm going to bump this thread pretty much continuously, each time not just bumping but adding something to the initial objective of the thread. Y'all can silently read or somebody, anybody (all are welcome) could engage me in conversation. Regarding "hypotheticals", please remind yourself never to apply for an MBA graduate course where they study things like scientific approaches to business management, time and motion studies, organizational behaviour, etc. etc.

WORDPRESS TIP

There are some shitty plug-ins floating around out there right now, and they're breaking blogs. Typical are error strings like this:

?Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by??

and

"Only variables can be passed by reference in..."

To make matters worse, some other people are trying to get you to install a whole nother (certainly questionable) plug-in as a fix. There is absolutely NO NEED. So, I wouldn't. The fix is very simple and takes just 2 minutes:
