Why does it take Pussycash and some other large names 48 hours to reply?

woz - I agree - Im not a "whale" either with them but Adam always gets back to me within a few hours.

gentmaster - if you go inside your pussycash login it will tell you who your rep is - it may be Adam or someone else but there is plenty of contact info right after you login

I find that it's better to be patient in these matters. I know it's hard when the matter is more urgent, and with really important matters I usually track down a phone number and get someone from whatever program I'm dealing with on the phone, and talk things over directly. Things get solved much easier and quicker that way, at least from my experience.

Adi and Adam from Pussycash are quite busy to say the least, but they do get back to you in due time, eventually. Sometimes it's sooner, sometimes it's later, but to me the most important thing is that they do reply.

Like someone else said here, try contacting Ace. He's on the team to help out too, seems like a pretty good guy.
