What kind of still camera do you use?

Please give me advise! Canon EOS 20D or Canon EOS 5D? Which camera is better compering price/quality!?

I have the 20D. If you do not shoot content, then it is a bit overkill.

3 yrs. and 60,000 images and our olympus e10 still works like a charm.
