the fucker wants 400 for shipping.. fuck that.. and yes, thats the amount for real.. I emailed him and this was the response:

"yes, it is 400. I make some money from shipping to save some ebay cost. Sorry about that."

too bad, it's a good deal for 1k if the shipping rate was normal :)
