ePassporte Downtime Statement
 

The downtime last night was due to a database issue our backend processor in Europe
had. This problem has created several intermittent outages. The problem has now
been identified and repaired. The "fix" will require a few more mini outages, for
about 5 minutes each. These will be done at off peak times to avoid any
interruption of business. While we can't be certain that outages will not occur,
actually every Internet business suffers these downtimes, we can be certain that the
major contributing factor has been identified and fixed.


We apologize for these outages. Please understand that we too loose a great deal of
money and time when these things happen. We are perfectly aligned with you, our
valued clients, to maintain a strong and reliable system.

how can i get my new card ?

I called CS last night , it was just a 5 min downtime not too bad

If you look at your card it will say good thru xx/xx and in the beginning of that month the new card will be ordered if you have $35 in your account and you will receive a email to your ePassporte email saying that the card has been ordered.

If your new card hasn't been ordered or you have question feel free to contact me with your account name and I'll have someone look into it.

un fortunately thatmeans i will be without a card for sometime...kinda sucks

they should be ordered a month before

so basically i wont have my epassporte for my amsterdam trip and my vegas trip

Took me 11 days to get my card in Denmark.
Contact me with your account name and if you have the funds in your account I'll make sure they order you a new card.

They are ordered a month before.
My current card is good thru 12/05 I got a email on 12-02 saying that a new card had been ordered and I received it on 12-13.

Yeah, I trust people with my money when they can't even fucking spell.

I received my card 3 days after ordering it... But then I live 30 minutes from the old main office.

That explains that.
