Test my site please
I need some people to log in to my site to help test the login system.
We have a brand new database backend for Strongbox which needs to be installed on a busy site in the morning, but first we need to test it with some real data from real people actually logging in. If you have a moment please login here with either user 'test1' and password 'test1' or user 'test2' and password 'test2': http://bettercgi.com/members/ Right after Christmas we'll test the load it can handle under multiple dictionary attacks, but that's NOT needed right now. For now we just need to see a few people from different parts of the world on different types of systems using one of those two user names. Thanks. Note to cracker wannabes - that page is JUST testing data collection. It's not supposed to be at all secure, so don't bother trying to "hack" it. No one will be impressed because there's nothing to hack yet. I'll give you a hacking challenge in two weeks. |
went and used test2

Went under test1
Login sucessful, test complete. :xmas-smil |
got in with test1
the design sucks, never use red text on black background :winkwink: |
Thanks so much guys and gals. I see someone used an invalid user name ("1"),
someone else left theuser name empty, apparently, which is good stuff to be testing and making sure it gives the right statistics for. If any one is curious so far it looks like we have 5 US people awake and helping and one Brit. :) |
Whoever is on NTL from the UK, please bend over. :)

Hmm, there may be a design lesson here. 8 webmasters logged in and
they were using 5 different screen resolutions. Better check your sites in different resolutions and preferably at least two different sized monitors! The first 8 webmasters used these 5 different screen resolutions: 3 1024X768 2 1280X1024 1 1680X1050 1152X864 1 800X600 |
test1 / test1 provided me with this:

the first time it went to
http://bettercgi.com/sblogin/login.shtml/members using test1:test1 and the screen was blank nothing happened , when i refreshed it said bad login then it had a link (document.referrer) to try to login again but it only sent me back to the last page that forwarded me to the badlogin screen so i restarted and tried test2:test2 and it went in with no problem.. it forwarded me to http://sbex5aam773.bettercgi.com/members/ p.s. both times the captcha didnt load i had to right click (show picture ) and then it loaded no problem.. p.s.s. i'm using i.e.7 |

and one Brit." I knew you were reading the login attempts :1orglaugh :winkwink: |
test 1 and test 2 both worked good for me, but the secret code image wasnt working.
edit: but all the times that i tried entering in some random numbers in the secret message field it went through anyways...just incase you wanted that used too |
