It's really easy.

You start a fake contest where you want to read stories, but in fact, all you want is advertising in return. The only problem is, the prize doesn't exist.

That guy is a pro bullshitter.

It started with :

I got an X-box 360 today and didn't even want one.

Then :

Rob, everyone knew you were full of shit. Where's your Xbox 360 Contest? U = Bullshit

Ending with :

I'm Giving Away an XBox 360 in this thread!

In my XBox thread is CLEARLY STATES that I will select a winner sometime around NewYears. On my planet it's only December 15th..."Around NewYear" would be sometime around, eh maybe....Jan. 1st!!! For someone that has ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE of winning the Xbox, you seem to have a viagra brand hard-on for me. Are you just trying to create drama threads seeing how they're so cool and stuff. Do we have a set of rules for GFY contests?

Contest rules according to NoCarrier: when someone starts a contest he rides their nuts until the contest ends even if he has absolutely no chance of winning the contest. He then plays inch-high private eye and tries to call the person out as a "Scammer" 20 days before the contest is advertised to end.

He makes the rules in his own little perversely warped world. If that makes him happy then so be it.

This should be quoted again just in case anyone missed it. NoCarrier is a fucking retard and should be banned for trying to fuck over someone's reputation for no good reason. I don't know Rob, but it does appear as though he's delivered on his promises made on GFY. It wasn't until i read further into this that i realised NoCarrier was in the wrong. Not everyone is going to read through all the shit. Threads like this are certainly going to damage Rob's reputation in the eyes of people who would have potentially been clients.

I post here at GFY quite a bit but the business I receive from GFY is a very small margin of my overall business. I really don't make much money off of GFY since I give retardedly low prices to GFYers. Hurting my reputation here would not hurt my business. It hurts me as a person because I know that is not what I am about (as 99% of the people here could attest).

I'm more upset at NoCarrier trying to make me look like someone that I strive to never be.

Hey Rob you need to do like pussycash does and post some specific rules about what can win a prize......how long u need to be registered......if the thread gets deleted then the contest is void....and the END date of the contest.

There should not be a contest to infinity or without an end date.
here is an example of pussycash's contest rules...concise, to the point, and no confusion

1) Keep this thread alive!
2) posts # blah and blah win
3) You can win up to 2 times
4) You can post up to 20 posts per day, and not more then 100 posts in this thread.
5) The contest starts today and will end on the 25th of December.
6) No one registered in less than 60 days before can post in this contest thread.
7) GFY must allow the contest to finish. So if you get this thread pulled or closed, the contest is over and not valid.
8) If you get banned by GFY you are out of the contest.
9) No posting bots, No dual nicks, No gibberish text, no consecutive posts.
10) Please be respectful of GFY and this community and keep this fun.
