Early reports are of a very large turnout

...for the Iraq election. Even in the Sunni AO's. Some are predicting up to an 80% turnout. Of course early reports are often wrong.

Well...in the last election I think there was a 60% turnout...and this is for a permanent government so the turnout may very well be higher. I believe the voting is over at this point or soon will be...but it is being said that the final results will probably not be known until January.
