    Ounique ! is there someone ?

    Is there someone at Ounique that process the manual orders or replies to e-mails ? made an order this week end via epassporte, and NOTHING has happen. Sended 2 e-mails to them, no answers.

    I am about to dump them for good if they don't react. 4 days after the initial order with nothing !!! The transaction wasn't even send to epassporte ???

      Login to your ounique control panel and see if the order is processed and you can then download your sets. Maybe your spam filter got their email or something. Usually takes 1 or 2 days for me if I pay via epass

          There is nothing in my download order, and the transaction didn't process at all with epassporte. That's why i try to reach them. I wonder if it did fail...I got the printable receipt but maybe it didn't went through...somehow.

              I think you need to *manually* make the payment from epassporte.
              Atleast a few weeks ago you had to.. they don't have a 'checkout' thingy for epassporte
              ..and I'm off.

                              Well there epassporte e-mail is nowhere to be found, and i won't send money unless i am absolutely sure the transaction worked. They say it could take 2 days for non credit card transactions. Well it's 4...
