I got a text message and an email today from a couple of girls that I know that are interested in breaking into the industry. I guess one of them wants to model and the other wants to do marketing work, or something. They were looking to me to get the site rolling for them, but I honestly don't know the first thing about making a fucking pay site. I do babe blogs, tgps, galleries .. free shit.

They're apparently really interested, but I want to put a sense of reality into them. I want to disuade them, I just want them to fully understand how much work running a porn site really is. So... can anyone help me out with some info? As much as possible as to what's needed to get a site launched and to keep it running legally.

I want to send a list to them of everything involved with this, from payment processing to legal issues. I just want them to be aware of what this all really means. If you can provide me with some knowledge or a good place to read about this, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

If there was a such thing out there, it would be almsot a business plan. And that's your job to make it when you start up.

Just let them setup the CC processor see how quick they change their mind.

Can you start by posting a picture of the girls in question. After that, I may well send a contract to them :)

Just tell them you'll help them out but you need to do hours of test shooting and fucking them first to be sure they are ready.
