Any comment with iBill
 

I currently using Globill as my CCP, but I received at least 10 emails a day in this week regarding the signup rejected and they even reject my own credit card too.
I intend to use iBill as my backup CCP but I heard too many bad things about them in this board.
Any comment?

My friend he run two kind of companies one is "Internet Service, Non Adult" another "Phonesex biz" he went to Las Vegas once time and he talked with a "lady" sorry her name is stuck in my head at the moment so I can't remember her name but, iBILL is pretty good or you can check out Paypal. Recently, Ibill went thru a little trouble while upgrading their system, but I personally think they are still one of the better processors out there.:thumbsup

Just about ANYtime someone upgrades their systems, there will be bugs to work out... But everyone makes a big to do and calls them all sorts of things... Maybe if half these people screaming were smart enough to be able to upgrade their OWN computers and ran into the glitches, they'd understand it abit better.

Same thing happened last year when directnic upgraded and probs needed worked out. All I saw on here was screaming about directnic being garbage... Not so now since all is running smoothly. Funnier if companies did NOT upgrade to follow the technologies, these same people would be crying about THAT. :2 cents:

I suggest anyone considering Ibill read through the relevant messages here. There is still the as yet unresolved issue of all the rebills that were dropped in Jan-Feb.

As far as accepting more transactions than Globill or whomever I wouldn't bank on it....Ibill is notorious for its declines. However your mileage may vary etc...There are a few here who swear by them.

You DO NOT do what ibill did. If you see a problem with ccbill...what do they do...they answer your emails or post on the boards or you can call them on the phone (which I have and believe me am not a big guy) and they treated great...

ibill thinks there shit doesn't stink... If I were you people I'd really think before telling people starting out or looking for another CCP to use ibill.

There customer service is FUCKED or should say what customer service and every person
that has been on this board for any time knows it... And this is a fact.... Don't believe me just do a search on this board...

I don't give a shit how many checks and how on time they have been.... I don't care if they processed $ 500,000,000.00 for you this year.

If it happened once, it'll happen again... Just stand by.... and watch....
