    Nader and I are havin a weight loss contest for Internext

    Nader and I put a bet down over who could lose the most weight and not be a fat Mfer for Internext. I started at at 205 the other day and am already down to 199. I am goin to be a LEAN, MEAN FIGHTIN MACHINE in vegas.

                  How much did he start up at ?

                  the heavier you are, the easier it is to loose some weight if you really work hard into it. (not at the extremes because you get hurt... but I mean ... if somebody is 200 vs 230, the 230 guy if he's the same built will loose more weight with the same training/diets most likely, as he burns a lot more calories to acheive the same excercise)

                          That's exactly the case here i'm heavier then him so i will prolly lose more
