Best mafia movies? Looking for a christmas
My nephew is 17 and he's in to the mafia movies. Anyone have any suggestions? So far I have Scarface, Witness to the Mob, Goodfellas and Casino.

Godfather I and II
Miller's Crossing (maybe not for a 17 year old) |
I also liked The Sicilian with Christopher Lambert - old school Mafia - true story and not as 'glamorized'

...
for those in the know, nothing beats "La Piovra"
famous Italian mafia series from the early 90's and VERY hard to obtain. It doesn't even exist on DVD and the only versions that do exist somewhere on VHS are in Italian and with German/Norwegian subtitles at best. Nevertheless, as far as mafia movies go, this series is 2 thumbs up. |
keep them coming
