Sleeper Cell... Anybody else watch this amazing show?
 

I got hooked on it this weekend and been watching it every night on Showtime. It's one of the best and most interesting shows I've seen in a long time. Really well done.

Yep, it's picking up pace nicely, wasn't too sure after the first few episodes.

Check that out... Let me know if it actually says something.. because apparently, showtime (in one of the most intelligent acts I've ever seen on the internet), doesn't think anyone outside the US would want to visit their website.

It's a show about a muslim terrorist group planning an attack in the US. It shows how they prepare, recruit etc. What they don't know is that one of their members is an under cover FBI agent.

In Yesterday's show the leader of the group met with two other cell leaders to plan a same day attack in three major US cities. I believe sunday is the finale when they plan to pull off the attack. It's really interesting. Also shows the different Muslim beliefs and isn't a show that says all arabs and muslims are terrorists. Those that are terrorists have bastardized their religion and misunderstood the true beliefs. As well as showing anybody might be muslim. Arab, French, Blue Eyed American Blonde etc.

BTW another good cop style show aired on HBO.. It's called "The Wire" there are 3 seasons of it sofar I dunno if they are doing a 4th. But it's a pretty good series as well.

i saw The Grid , the only thing those shows have in common is the idea.

Sleeper Cell is way better

Trying to keep up with it, but they are blasting too many shows, whatever happened to one a week?

i've seen the first 6 episodes (on on demand) fucking great show..

The grid was good as well, but much different.. i've got the DVD : )

also, check out Dirty War ... was an HBO movie... good stuff on the same topic.

Yeah Sleeper Cell is quite good I agree.

I like how they are showing it back to back to back basically. I wish they'd show 24 like that.
