I know that feeling - Also got 1 leather jacket stolen but it was in the bar and I was drunk like hell - so it was my fault.
Anyway I still keep my old jacket that I bought of age 16 - its never dying legend to me.

I would never buy that if its outside of the jacket.You don't need others to know that its more expensive stuff - for feeling ok yourself
