i fucking drop it all the time trying to open it with one hand. And at night, if the lights on the phone turn off, it's a bitch dialing. Other than that I love it. It's light,small, and has a good camera on it.

I have it and love it so far. You can upload your own mp3 ringtones to it for free.

i think that the only thing is you have to make sure that you take care of them. they are more sensitive to water and drops and stuff. don't drop it.

I like the phone. It's slim and nice looking. Fits easily in my pocket. Has cool features that my old phone did not have. Sim card, bluetooth, etc... Although it feels sturdy I am constantly afraid I am going to break it. The Motorola UI isn't as good as Samsung... a few things do not make sense. I press the buttons on the side of the phone a lot accidently and the outside screen gets a lot of fingerprint smudges on it. The included ringtones aren't that great either... compared to my Samsung/Sprint phone.

great phone, battery life is ok, quad GSM is great if you travel and works prefectly with the bluetooth navigation in my car..

you can drop new tones on it with mobiledit. I've got all kinds of shit on my RASR now ;)

I think it looks stupid myself. There's better phones on the market with better features and for less money.

I have the black one, i love it but you can really see the finger print smudges on it. I've dropped it a few times and so far so good.

Ok.. I got mine when they first came out and for shape and size, you cant beat it. I love that i can stick it in my smallest clutch or jean pocket and no problem. Its also generally pretty sturdy, ive dropped mine a couple of times and its ok. A few comments though:

1) I wish the camera was better for a 1MP
2) HATE the phonebook software etc and just general overall. Software is not that great. I like to be able to put in the first few letters of name and find it and not have to scroll through all the names of that letter to get to what I want. You can bypass it with voicedial.
3) MUST MUST get a bluetooth headset. I love it, its a godsend.
4) And get the Mobile Phone Tools software with it to fiddle with uploads etc.

I have had mine for over a year & is the best mobile I have ever used. It also fits great in any pocket. I will admit while drinking have dropped the phone a couple of times but keeps on "ticking". I was with Cingular for 3 years before joining NatNet. Since the RAZR was launched by Cingular it has been the most requested phone in the history of the cell biz.

there's a new version coming out in the new year...wait for it. apparently it comes in different colors and has way more features on it!

I need something that can survive from a 300 foot drop. Because if there is any place or way to drop my damn phone from 300 feet, I am sure that I will find the way to do it.

Anyone who is not in a mobile-phone-3rd-world find it amusing to see people coo over getting to see their sim cards? ;)

I know they have abut 20 different face plates for it and they come in all different prints and colors. Does anyone have one on their phone? If so does it help protect it at all from water or scratches?

hmm theres probably a setting to change the backlight to stay on later.

yeah i love it so far.. but no way to add some extra ram for mp3 :-(
