Hey guys, you might remember me from a male enlargement site I sold around a year ago to a fellow GFY member, which went very smoothly which I thank everyone for.

Now, I have decided to sell my entire adult business which includes a good amount of content from Matrix Content, Zip Content, and Planet Content along with a very attractive pay site design. All of this content was purchased by me and will be signed over with FULL RIGHTS to the individual or business that purchases my adult business.

Why I am selling this business? Very simple, I?m a student and have decided that the adult industry isn?t for me, so I?ll be moving on to new ventures and continuing my education.

Just as a note so I don?t get harassed/flammed, I AM NOT RE-SELLING THE CONTENT; these are assets of the business I am selling which will be handed over with an asset acquisition agreement.

Here is a list of the assets that will be transferred in this deal:
ZIP Content - 15 Sets - $300.00
Planet Content - 8 Sets - $325.00
Matrix Content - 25 Sets - $2,000.00
Climax Teens pay site layout - $900.00

View pay site design which includes Photoshop files for easy editing.

Is the zip content you have of models? I have a bunch of it but no docs on it since the 2257 laws so it's all worthless to me.

I'm unsure as to how many total pics there are for each set, but over 25 would be a good estimate. I can deliver the content by FTP or by snail mail at no charge.

It looks like an adult template you can buy from TemplateMonster.com. If you click through the site it says things like, "Content goes here" or "Add your tagline here", etc.

It might just be a mockup of the site but It just doesn't seem right and that's a lot of money to spend on a template.

I could possibly be wrong and if so, I apologize. I'm just sharing my observation.

In regards to the design; I worked very closely with the design and probably even drove him crazy with my perfection. It came out well but I've never gotten around to promoting it. Again, the photoshop files are available so editing the text is a piece of cake.

The domain is not included. The photoshop files for the design are included which makes changing the name a snap.

I've mentioned it a few times but the content is worth twice what I'm asking for the entire package. Think of the design as a bonus. Besides, it's not such a bad bonus.

so why is the domain not included if you are 'getting out' of the adult biz? Your thread title says you are selling your 'adult business', but all you are really selling is the rights to the content you bought. That doesnt sound like a 'biz' at all, especially if you cant even include the domain name the site design is based on.

The domain expired and as I didn't need it anymore. I've mentioned it about 10 times already but the design can be considered as a bonus. Also, the photoshop files are included so changing the name is no problem.

Do you have a license transfer agreements in place? Some of the licenses are non-transferable so how will an assess acquisition agreement help?
