my neighbors husband just got back from iraq about a week ago and she has had another man there

I wouldn't bother unless it goes on for a long time. I've had some problems liek that w/ neighbors before. Nothing serious...but just the fact that the kept me up all night pissed me off.

If that's the case, no cops. Let him handle his shit
