How to make sure I dont get screwed on domain sale?

I am selling a domain to aguy who found me through whois.... how do I make sure he does not screw me....I sent him my wire info and now just waiting for confirmation....

Is there any scams I should watch out for?

If you've got his money and haven't transferred the domain, he's the only one that could get screwed at this point by you either not completing the release and transfer, or if you weren't the rightful owner, or if there was a trademark or other legal issue related to the domain that you neglected to inform him of.

If the money has been transferred to your bank account, and is sitting there now, he'll never be able to get it back. Ask your bankers.
