Anyone ever hire or consider hiring some young college kid with some photoshop skills or something to do unpaid work for a reference or college credit?

no, but i did hire a programmer last summer (still in uni) for minimum wage. worked out really well.

Monster.com has something called Monstertrak where you can post a listing at your local university college board for 25 bucks per college. Im working the free labor pool.

Fuck that I'd never work for free (and my friends that have those sort of skills won't do it either - good luck finding someone).
