I have only heard about 1 person getting sued on myspace and that was that guy who flew to los angeles to demand he get paid for sending spam to them. Are there any other documented cases? What can they sue you for? I have not used myspace for traffic but seems like it could be good. It is not CanSpam it is inbox sending right? Anyone can sue anyone but what are the going to convict you of?

this method to getting traffic has been great. I am not selling the myspace for 50.00 anymore, 200.00 is the price now. To many people have made to much money to fast to sell for 50.00 anymore. hit me up if you want a demo
