"When was the last time you told your Parents I Love you"

Well, I didn't know you loved me :Graucho

Seriously, every time I call them. At least once a week.

LiveDose 12-11-2005 12:13 AM

My Father passed away this year and I try and call my Mother everyday. I say it to both of them on a daily basis...

candyflip 12-11-2005 12:14 AM

A few hours ago when the family all got together to cut down Christmas Trees.

Everytime i talk to them

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 12-11-2005 12:16 AM

I just talked to my step-father this afternoon and let him know how much he is loved. He's in a residential home (not like an institution, cool people run it), and he's not getting around very well.

When my mother died suddenly over 20 years ago, I vowed to make sure that I would never regret it when a loved one died, by not letting them know how much I love them while they are alive.

Love can reconcile and transcend many differences. My mother was a born again devout Christian and I am an atheist, and my father is as far to the right as one can be (short of the crazy fringe), while I am pretty far out there on the left, although I do a better job of seeing the gray areas and making an effort to understand those whom I am politically at odds with.

Putting mutual respect and love ahead of all of the petty socialized dogmas that are imposed upon us, and your relationships, and the world become a better place.

Love is all you need...

I fly to Texas houston once a month just to level myself out she is amazing.

THX and your welcome

J$tyle$ 12-11-2005 12:50 AM

Spoke to my mother today and told her - I speak to her 2 - 3 times per week and tell her every time! Pops too. No shame in that shit. I love my parents PERIOD and they love me ... I'm blessed that I still have them and can!

:2 cents:

Also, I tell my wife, daughter, son and dog every chance I get, yo!

Love, nurturing and affection = very healthy. Every night I tell my wife how beautiful she is and how much I love her ... not a day goes by that I don't! Feels good to say it and hear it back

:winkwink:

My son just turned 17 months 2 days ago. Every hug and kiss he gives me makes my day EVERY DAY!

:thumbsup

Jakke PNG 12-11-2005 02:11 AM

Mom's the one person I can always count on, financially, mentally or whatnot. It's nice to be young and stupid when mom's got your back ;)

That being said, I do tell her I love her eavery time I call her.. a few times a week.

adultchica 12-11-2005 02:21 AM

Almost always once a week or every time I talk to them

They were great growing up and still are now

CybermedAndy 12-11-2005 02:22 AM

Probably 20 years ago when I was 10

viki 12-11-2005 02:25 AM

Whenever I talk to them... although whenever I see them (about once a week) I mean it a bit more than I do over the phone.

Tala 12-11-2005 02:31 AM

Right before Mema died, I told her. I wish I had told her more than I did. :(

Lia19 12-11-2005 03:41 AM

WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME.....I GOT TO EMBRACE YOUR WOMAN. MY GOD I LUV YOUR GIRL, TELL HER HI FOR ME!!! :wetkiss

Lady Lia

emthree 12-11-2005 03:43 AM

I'm with sleazy, not enough at all.
It's hard to come out with that out of the blue.

Gardner 12-11-2005 03:52 AM

Unfortunately i cant realy... I used to tell my mom all the time... The last time was april 28, 2000 the day she passed away... as for my father, well I dont see or talk to him much.. Maybe I should put in a little effort

Nicky 12-11-2005 03:54 AM

Too long ago.....

Tricksy 12-11-2005 04:19 AM

Every time I talk to them on the phone. I wish I could see them more then 1 time a year :-(

Kassidy 12-11-2005 04:25 AM

I can't say EVERY time I talk to my mom, but pretty close. I tell my kids about 20 times a day so I'm sure they know momma loves 'em :)

Sarah_Jayne 12-11-2005 05:41 AM

I sign off of every phone call telling them I love them - my sister too. You never know what the last thing you say to someone will be and I would like it to be that I told them I loved them.

Dalai lama 12-11-2005 05:44 AM

That must been a while ago, cant even remember

Vitasoy 12-11-2005 09:39 AM

Not as much as I like to :(

mikeet 12-11-2005 09:40 AM

I havent seen or even talked to my parents in over 4 years :(

Holly 12-11-2005 09:40 AM

Marshal 12-11-2005 09:42 AM

I said that right before my mom has died...

XxXotic 12-11-2005 09:52 AM

I talk to my mom everyday and she hears it everyday. I talk to my father once every couple months, he hasn't heard it in 10 years... which is about how long it's been since I've seen him

Nylz 12-11-2005 09:54 AM

I love you Roger

Dwreck 12-11-2005 10:32 AM

I can't remember the last time. Its not something i do not that i dont love them. We talk often and i dunno..........its hard for me.

Sosa 12-11-2005 10:50 AM

I always tell Stewie's mom I love her... does a mommy in-law count? :)

Sex4it 12-11-2005 11:39 AM

6-7 years ago ... I can't imagine myself saying that AGAIN

Sex4it 12-11-2005 11:42 AM

My dad is DEAD and my mom just can't suffer my WIFE :(

Abithefiend 12-11-2005 01:53 PM

I told my father just before he died three years ago, and since my mother and I haven't spoken hardly in two years it's probably that long since I told her.

nico-t 12-11-2005 06:48 PM

never, were not really a sappy family
