how to check site updates?

Dear webmasters,

I am looking for service (free or cheap) which can monitor some site (for example TGP) and when monitored site is updated the service send me a e-mail.
Does anybody know it???

I'll bring this up at the next General Meeting of TGP Masters.
If you have a phone, maybe we can give you a call everytime we add a new gallery. I'll ask Sleazy for his opinion as well,
