Video iPod emulator for Windows - Anyone have one?

hmm, I think you mean Itunes ? ;)
just convert the files and play them in Itunes, you will get the same result |

playing on itunes/quicktime is no indicator of how it will work on the iPod. ive been making mp4s for years and my standard settings wouldnt work for shit my iPod. i believe it has to do with what profile you are using (ASP, Baseline), but needless to say it took some serious tweaking.
