I have one of each - and as much as I hate givin' Yahoo credit for anything, I think I prefer their 360 to myspace.

These things are all over the world now... another stupid fucking fad...

yahoo's 360 is more RSS driven, it's not a myspace rip off since they've been doing the profile thing way before myspace was ever invented.

It's a piece of shit IMO.

A fad is something (usually a fashion) that lasts for a very short period of time and is hyped up and disappears as quickly as it came up.
"Tickle me Elmo" , "Furbies" etc - Lasts usually a season or at most a year or two.

Blogs have been around at least since I started in '98. It's now almost 2006.
That's like saying CSS is a fad.

And let's not forget "Beanie Babies."
