Hi. I know there is already a topic about this.. but it seems to be dissipating into the random musings and asinine remarks that are so prevelant on here.

I'm wondering.. The letter posted in the previous topic that came from Visa, USA about grouping beastiality with child pornography is applicable worldwide, or just within the United States?

Has anyone asked Visa about this? I'm wondering because I want to know whether or not processors outside of the US (e.g. the Netherlands) will still be able to process transactions/bill Visa card holders for beastiality?

I didn't know if this letter from Visa, USA was exclusively referring to transactions that take place within the US.

Anyone have any insight into this, or just speculation?

I believe it's just Visa USA at the moment. We've dropped all processing for those sites (CCBill) but I believe that there are some places still processing for the fake/implied sites, and some that will let you process it with everything but Visa.
