Seeking Roommate - MISSISSAUGA (Toronto)
 

Hey guys .... I found an apartment and I am moving in on Sunday ... I have this month's rent covered ... but will need a roommate to be able to stay .... I am going to post it in area papers as well .... but I thought why not here first ...

I am seeking an HONEST, quiet responsible person to equally share a LARGE 2 bedroom basement apartment in an executive home.

It is a brand new, never been lived in apartment, that was just completed 2 weeks ago ... it has it's own laundry room with washer and dryer ... large Eat-in kitchen, french doors throughout the apartment ... Central air and central vaccuum. Tons of storage, (I have a 8 port hub ... so cable internet access will also be included). One minute walk to large plaza ... and 2 minute walk to Erin Mills Town Centre (huge mall).

Anybody who may be interested, I am paying $1000 all inclusive, which is very good for such a place in Mississauga, so I am asking $500 per month. (straight 50-50 split). Please ICQ me at 122638232 if interested.

Forgot to mention that the house has a large fenced in yard, and a large sundeck and pool that the landlord said yes we can have use of in the summer, as long as we are good tennants ... very young landlord (maybe 26-30 years old ... he seems very cool and easy to get along with ... him and his male cousin live upstairs). :thumbsup :thumbsup

Stay away from roomates who are serial killers. I had one once. After awhile i started noticing human heads in the fridge. I didn't think anything of it. He was from New York and i figured it was a local custom.

Then he showed me his new jacket and it looked like it was made out of human skin, but who am i to judge. Thinking back, that should have been a dead giveaway.

There were other signs as well. Like the time i got home early from work and he was using a chainsaw to cut that young woman up. I was tired and told him to make sure he cleans up the mess.

It wasn't until the police stormed the house a week later that i put 2 and 2 together.

So, watch out who you get as a roomate.

daily dirt ... with the events of the last 3 days, no I cannot afford 1000 a month all myself right now ... I walked out with only the clothes on my back ... no furniture, bed, clothes, dishes, NOTHING .... I am starting off with NOTHING at all ... money is going to be very tight for at least 6 months ...

It's a shame you aren't closer. We have a spare bed and some other things. :) Tv, and I'm sure we could scrape up some other stuff.
