 Well I'm very surprised someone like you who says you buy a lot from them recieve prompt replies and good service compared to someone like me who is a first time customer with them and only spending $3000, yet still somehow ignoring emails and icq for a week is so unprofessional it's silly.

 i've bought content off of them and they were also pretty slow with customer service and getting download links up etc.. 
	but other then that i was very happy dealing with them :thumbsup  |

 the guys are worldwide content are pretty nice, but still fairly slow.. 
	Im not a big buyer, but I did spend $500 on a content order. They sent me some of the wrong scenes, some had major encoding errors and other problems. they did eventually get everything fixed and were nice about it :) However, I did win one of their GFY contests were I posted and was suppposed to get 2 DVDs for free. They said all the traffic crashed their server and they got backed up, it took 6 weeks - 2 months to get one of the DVDs I requested. I never got the second and just gave up - I felt like I was bordering on harrassment and how can I really complain when I did get *something* for free, even if it wasnt what I was promised. however, lets not call them motherfuckers - have a little more class  |
