What did you do to it, how was it prepared and so on.

i got a whole pork shoulder about 8 pounds all boneless, i cut up gang of garlic stuck it inside the meat, i added sour cream all over the meat steak seasoning bay leafs and some wine, i got the oven bag put it inside the bag, cooked it for hour and a half then opened the bag and let the meat turn red for about 25 minutes and it was ready to rock. plus i forgot to mention i added lots of black pepper in the meat as well

Trust me the sour cream all it does it keeps the seasoning on the meat very very light sour cream its like glue
