The suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday alleges that Peter Brandt used "a powerful telephoto lens" to capture images of Aniston last month "in the privacy of her home," where she could only be observed "from a great distance through invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures."

Attorneys for the actress charge Brandt then offered to sell the photos to various media organizations.

yes, those are topless pics of her but not the pics in question. The rumored pics were taken of her in her house form a mile away with one hell of a lense. She heard about them and whether they exist or not put out the word that if they are published in any form she will sue each and everyone. While the older photos in which she was topless in public can probably withstand a lawsuit the photos taken of her from outside her house shooting her nude inside her house have a larger problem in a court of law. Even if she is a celeb the photographer was essentially a peeping tom with a camera.
